Postpartum Care Packages

The Essentials
This package is best for families who need just a bit of help transitioning home. It includes 10 hours of postpartum support ( daytime or evening ), light meal prep, newborn education, feeding support, light housekeeping, emotional support, and local referrals.

Nurture and Grow
This package is best for families who want ongoing support that first month. You’ll receive 20 hours of postpartum support ( daytime or evening ), meal prep, infant care & sleep education, light housekeeping, partner & sibling support, and phone/text support between visits.

The Cozy Fourth Trimester
For families that want to be wrapped up in full, on-going postpartum care. 40 hours of support, meal prep and postpartum recovery support. Lactation and bottle feeding guidance, infant sleep guidance, emotional support, and unlimited phone and text support during active care.

The Nursery Nesting Package
Perfect for parent’s who want a calm, organized space for baby’s arrival. I’ll take care of nursery set up, product recommendations and placements, organization, baby laundry, baby essentials shopping assistance, and safe sleep set up guidance.

The Meal Prep Package
A package designed for families who want nourishing meals for postpartum without any of the cooking or clean up. It includes 3-4 hours of in-home meal preparation before or after birth. 5-8 nourishing meals or snacks to aide your postpartum healing. Your own personalized menu based on dietary needs in labeled, freezer ready containers.

Postpartum Planning Package
90 minute prenatal planning session, virtually or in person. We will discuss concerns you have about postpartum, postpartum recovery, support systems, and newborn care. Together, we can create a postpartum care plan. Local resources for IBCLC’s, pelvic floor therapists, et cetera will be provided.

Sibling Support Package
The perfect package for families welcoming a new sibling home. It includes 8 hours ( which can be split up ) of gentle transition support for siblings, tips and activities to involve older siblings, light childcare for older siblings, and emotional support and guidance for the whole family.
